1. Cereals containing gluten, namely: wheat (for example, spelt and Khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats or their hybrids and products thereof, with the exception of:
(a) glucose syrups based on wheat, including dextrose (15);
(b) wheat-based maltodextrins (15);
(c) barley-based glucose syrups;
(d) cereals used for the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin;
2. Shellfish and their products;
3. Eggs and their products;
4. Fish and fish products, except for:
(a) fish gelatin used as a carrier for vitamin or carotenoid preparations;
(b) fish gelatin or Isinglass used as a clarifying agent in beer and wine;
5. Peanuts and products from it;
6. Soybeans and products thereof, except:
(a) fully refined soybean oil and fat (15);
(b) natural mixed tocopherols (E306), natural D-alpha tocopherol, natural D-alpha tocopherol acetate, and natural D-alpha tocopherol succinate from soy sources;
(c) vegetable oils derived from phytosterols and phytosterol esters from soy sources;
(d) a vegetable stanol ester derived from vegetable oil sterols from soy sources;
7. Milk and milk products (including lactose), except:
(a) whey used for the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin;
(b) lactitol;
8. Nuts, namely: almonds (Amygdalus communis L.), hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), walnuts (Juglans regia), cashews (Anacardium occidentale), pecans (Carya illinoinensis (Wangenh.) K. Koch), brazil nuts (Bertholletia excelsa), pistachios (Pistacia vera), macadamia or Queensland nuts (Macadamia ternifolia) and products thereof, with the exception of nuts used for the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin;
9. Celery and products from it;
10. Mustard and products from it;
11. Sesame seeds and products thereof;
12. Sulfur dioxide and sulfites in concentrations greater than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l in terms of total SO2, which must be calculated for products offered as ready-to-eat or reconstituted according to manufacturers' instructions;
